Sunshine, slow movement, and an afternoon with nowhere else to be.
Join us for Sip n’ Dip, a summer gathering designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and enjoy the simple pleasures of the season.
We’ll begin with a gentle Yin Yoga practice to release tension and invite stillness into the body. From there, you’ll settle into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative guided meditation often referred to as “yogic sleep.”
After practice, the afternoon is yours.
Float in the pool, relax in the hammock, enjoy a refreshing drink, visit with friends, or simply soak up the sunshine There is no schedule to follow after class, just space to rest, recharge, and enjoy the company of a wonderful community.

Rooted in somatic and trauma-aware practices, this experience supports the body’s natural rhythm, helping you reconnect, regulate and express in a way that feels honest.
No choreography, no expectations, just an open invitation to listen inward and move in a way that feels like yours.

This is a simple idea done well. You bring pieces you no longer wear, and you leave with something new to you. No money, no pressure, no expectations. Just a clean exchange and a room full of people doing the same.
How it works
• Bring a bag of gently used, clean clothing
• Arrive anytime between 2 and 4pm
• Browse, try things on, and take what you love
• Connect with the community, or keep it low key and do your thing

Four Week Women’s Self-Defense Course
Choice. Confidence. Embodiment.
April 15- May 6th
Many women were taught to be nice, stay small, and keep the peace, even when it costs us. This series is about gently unlearning that. We are honored to introduce Pink Swando Women’s Self Defense, a four week training series led by Annamaria and presented by Zen + Tonic.
This is trauma informed, women owned, and women taught self defense.The work blends awareness, boundary setting, nervous system regulation, and real world physical skills.
You will learn how to trust your instincts, set clear boundaries, and respond from a place of strength rather than freeze or fear. This is not about aggression. It is about preparedness, presence, and choice. Expect to sweat, laugh, and leave feeling grounded in your body and your voice.
Confidence is not something you have to be innately born with.
It is something you can practice. This series is for women who want to feel more capable in their bodies and more confident in their lives. To come into January 2026 with a bit of a vengence!

Join these two fun crazies on your journey to the oh-so-revered + elusive handstand.
Lindsey brings a strong structural approach to the art of handstand, while Jeremy infuses acrobatics and fusion athletics into his. Together, they’ll guide you through a playful and powerful exploration of balance, strength, and confidence.
Join us for a beautiful blend of perspectives + the chance to turn your world upside down.
