This all-levels class blends breath and movement, sun salutations, and playful sequencing to set the tone for your day.   • Tonic Power Flow.

    A dynamic, breath-driven practice designed to strengthen, stretch, and recharge. This class moves with rhythm and intention, blending creative sequencing, alignment, and just the right amount of soul. With a gentle pace that’s beginner-friendly and a 90+ degree heat to deepen the experience, it’s the perfect tonic to energize your body and leave you glowing.

  • Steady + Strong Hatha.

    A grounding practice that cultivates self-compassionate awareness in body, mind, and spirit. This class blends centering, breathwork, and slower-paced postures with plenty of space to adapt.   • Slow Sip Yin.

    A deeply meditative yin experience inspired by the natural cycles of release, renewal, and reflection. Each session is infused with intention, drawing from the phases of the moon, the shifting seasons, and the ever-present theme of surrender and rebirth. A class for those who love slow, intentional movement with a touch of dharma and ritual. No rush, no force, just space to sip tea, soften + listen.

  • Yin (+ Tonic).

    The ultimate slow-sipping practice. Long-held postures, breath, and stillness work beneath the surface—easing tightness, hydrating tissues, and creating space where you need it most. A perfect mix of depth and surrender, leaving you open, calm, and restored. Includes a pot of herbal tea.

  • Unplug + Unwind

    This class is designed for deep reset: physically, mentally, and emotionally. You won’t sweat. You won’t be rushed. You will feel like someone turned the volume down on your nervous system and gave you your breath back.

    Perfect for anyone in need of restoration — whether you’re overtrained, overstimulated, or just over it. All levels welcome. Props provided. Come as you are.

    A movement tonic for happy joints and a strong, steady core. This class blends mobility work, controlled strength, and breath-infused stability to build resilience from the inside out. Expect fluid movement, deep activation, and just the right amount of fire to keep your body feeling supported, supple, and strong for the long haul.

    Designed specifically for bodies with life experience, this series focuses on mobility, balance, strength, and breath—all at a pace that honors where you are.
    Expect accessible postures, prop support, and a welcoming environment to explore movement safely and confidently.

    Move with intention, breathe with ease. This class blends gentle, mindful movement with longer holds and deep breathwork, creating space for strength, softness, and stillness. Designed to reset the nervous system and release tension, Zen Slow Flow is your tonic for balance, awareness, and presence—on and off the mat.

  • Z+T Vinyasa Flow.

    A grounded, rhythmic, breath-driven practice where each posture unfolds into the next, creating a seamless flow. Rooted in alignment and creativity, every class is a unique expression—balancing challenge + surrender.
