    A dynamic, breath-driven practice designed to strengthen, stretch, and recharge. This class moves with rhythm and intention, blending creative sequencing, alignment, and just the right amount of soul. With a gentle pace that’s beginner-friendly and a 90+ degree heat to deepen the experience, it’s the perfect tonic to energize your body and leave you glowing.

  • Unplug + Unwind.

    This class is designed for deep reset: physically, mentally, and emotionally. You won’t sweat. You won’t be rushed. You will feel like someone turned the volume down on your nervous system and gave you your breath back. Perfect for anyone in need of restoration whether you’re overtrained, over-stimulated, or just over it. All levels welcome. Props provided.

    Tonic Melt = Yin + is your permission slip to slow all the way down. This yin-inspired class uses long holds, deep stretches, and supported shapes to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and melt the static out of your body. No rush, no pressure, just rest.

    Clock Out + Stretch is your post-work reset. This class blends simple movement, targeted stretches, and deep breathing to help you shake off the day and feel human again. No yoga experience needed. Just show up, clock out, and let it all go.
