Join Lindsey for an honest, insightful Q&A session unpacking the differences between Yoga Alliance–aligned 200‑hour and 300‑hour teacher trainings. We’ll cover prerequisites, curriculum structure, certification credentials, and what’s expected in each step of the journey—whether you’re just beginning or ready to deepen your practice and teaching skills.

What we'll dive into:

  • Curriculum breakdown per Yoga Alliance standards: foundation for 200‑hour, advanced anatomy, philosophy, teaching methodology, and practicum components of 300‑hour

  • Credential pathways: how 200‑hour certification leads to RYT‑200; combining 200 + 300 hours leads to RYT‑500

  • Requirements and teaching experience needed before enrolling in advanced training (most programs expect some teaching between 200 and 300)

Perks of the evening:

  • Light appetizers & tea

  • Casual, welcoming space to ask your questions

  • Resources and clarity to help you choose the right path, whether you're just starting or ready to level up
