    Where practice meets discovery. This class series is an experimental deep dive into the foundations of yoga—melding meditation, breathwork, and movement to create a fully integrated experience.     A potent fusion of breath-led hatha vinyasa, followed by a blend of yoga nidra coming together with a restorative sound immersion. Begin with strong, grounding movement and end in deep stillness, carried by live chimes and sound healing.

    For the tight hamstrings, overworked muscles, and “I’m not flexible” crowd—this one’s for you. This class is designed to support, not strain your body, blending mobility work, deep stretching, and breath control to help you recover faster, move better, and prevent injury. No need to touch your toes—just show up, breathe, and give your body the reset it deserves. Stronger. Looser. More balanced.

Your spring reset just got a glow-up. Join us for a community-powered First Annual Yoga Triathlon + it’s certainly like no other.

Equal parts movement, mindfulness, mischief + salad (obvi!).

THE FLOW

1. Southern Oregon Om (SOOM): Wake Me Up Before We Go!
☕ Kick off with caffeine + community—enjoy local coffee, light convo, and meet your fellow roamers.
🧘‍♀️ 45-minute morning mingle + warm-up stretch.

2. Take it to the streets
🚶‍♀️ Walk the 1-mile journey from SOOM to Zen + Tonic. We walk together, chat, breathe, move.

3. Zen + Tonic: The Stairway to Heaven
💦 A spicy little stairway relay that will get the heart pumping.
🪷 Followed by a Rest + Recharge circle where we’ll slow down, sip some water, and share upcoming events, workshops, and retreat deets.

4. Final Stop: Roxy Ann
🚗 We’ll carpool to the 2nd Roxy Ann parking lot for a surprise outdoor team game (hint: it involves humans + knots).
🥗 After that: a beautiful, nourishing Rogue Salad picnic to finish our rogue adventure together.

Yoga is more than movement—it’s a system designed to connect the body, mind, and breath in a way that cultivates awareness, balance, and clarity. In this four-week series, we take a deeper dive into meditation, exploring not just the practice itself but the physical, mental, and energetic tools that support it.

Each week, we’ll focus on a different layer of meditation, giving you the time and space to develop a sustainable practice that works for you. From understanding different meditation techniques and philosophies to learning how asana (physical practice) can support stillness, this series will provide both practical application and deeper insight into the many ways meditation can be approached.

Primal Flow

This isn’t your typical vinyasa. Primal Flow is a raw, rhythmic, full-body experience that blends breath, instinctive movement, and functional strength.

Led by guest teacher Oona Meade, this class invites you to move in ways your body remembers—before the screens, the sitting, the overthinking. Expect deep floor work, grounded transitions, and moments of powerful release that awaken something ancient and essential.

Whether you're craving a break from structure or looking to reconnect with your body on a more intuitive level, this class meets you where you are + then takes you somewhere new.

Then melt into stillness with Yoga Nidra + Sound, where Lindsey will guide you through deep rest while Kelly weaves in sound bowls, chimes + vibrational healing for deep rest +relaxation.
